Omni-Means provides employees with on-the-job training luncheon
seminars and continued education courses to ensure that our
employees are knowledgeable about the latest technology and
issues affecting their field of expertise.
Management
Retreat
Each year, Omni-Means' management team meet for two days at
a lodge in the Sierra Mountains to plan, train, and discuss
the company's future.
