OMNI-MEANS, Ltd. was founded in 1981 as a multidisciplinary engineering and planning firm. Since its founding OMNI has expanded its office locations and services to meet the growing needs of its clients, and an ever changing market place. Today, OMNI services its client base from four California offices located in the cities of Roseville, Redding, Walnut Creek, and Visalia.
